Peter P. Chen
Managing Principal, Wealth Advisor
Peter Chen is a Managing Principal and Founder of Stonemark Wealth Management, responsible for the firm’s strategy and business development. Additionally, he focuses on delivering customized, comprehensive wealth management solutions while managing client relationships.
Peter began his career in the financial services industry as an investment specialist with Charles Schwab in 1997. He then became an investment consultant at Washington Mutual before holding the position of Vice President/Portfolio Manager at Van Deventer & Hoch. Prior to co-founding Stonemark (formerly WESPAC Advisors SoCal, LLC) he was a Vice President at Tower Asset Management where he developed his client-first approach to wealth management and retirement planning. Peter holds Securities Licenses: 7, 63, 65 and a California Life & Health Insurance Producers license.
Peter grew up in San Diego, California and is originally from Taiwan. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and speaks fluent Mandarin and Taiwanese.
Active in community organizations, Peter serves on the board of the First Tee of Pasadena. He lives in La Canada Flintridge with his wife and three children, and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
